Orchard House Wardrobe Period Costume Hire
About Us

The Orchard House Wardrobe was established by period costumier Pauline Loven BA in 2000. She has 25 years experience in creating carefully researched and crafted period clothes and has trained with the Staymaker, Ian Chipperfield and period costumier, Suzi Clarke. She is a member of the Costume Society and a part-time university lecturer. Pauline has recently been joined by another costumier, Jo Sullivan BA.

In addition to costume hire, Pauline and Jo make period clothes for museums and for film.

Pauline and Jo are currently developing a series of period costume patterns for children.
